This is why we would like to introduce you to the „hotel safety video.“
The objective of this video is to improve your guest safety, every hotel has a situation plan with a description „what to do in case of“ specifically designed for that particular building.
But what is not said and known is how to behave!
This video shows your guest how to behave in case of an evacuation, recalling also what not to do!
Remember the majority of your guest do not ever think to face such a situation, they are not trained thus they most likely do not even check the situation plan. On top of it, comes the surprise efect and they mostlikely end in no way out situation.

This video is a standard behaviour model it is not intended to be specific for a structure, never the less it can be tailored in a few points :
- Frame picture of the hotel or logo
- Picture of the meeting point
- Language selection in (IT, DE, FR, EN)
This video should be shown basically in any building style but anyway above 2 floor, because statistics shows that people trapped tend to jump off the windows this action above the 2 floor will leed to tragic consequences. There are a few possible way of showing this video, one is by inserting it in the menue of room tv, or adding it to the welcome presentation.
